**Nu Holdings (NU)**, -17.0%: The Brazil-based owner of the digital bank Nubank had its biggest drop in a year after President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva won Sunday’s runoff, a result investors had bet against, and Brazil’s Bovespa index fell 13.88%, its worst day since March 2020. Full story

**MercadoLibre (MELI)**, -7.8%: The online marketplace and payments company, whose biggest market is Brazil, fell with the rest of the country’s stocks after Lula’s win, as the real ended about 8% weaker against the dollar, which shrinks the dollar value of its Brazilian sales. Full story

**DoorDash (DASH)**, -6.1%: The delivery app fell after The Wall Street Journal reported it is in advanced talks to buy grocery-delivery rival Instacart; a source told Reuters the deal would value Instacart at about $17 billion and could be finalized as soon as Wednesday. Full story
